I had such an amazing evening exploring with the sweetest couple during their Murray Hill engagement session. Kat and Andrew wanted to do have their engagement session at the same location as their upcoming wedding. As a Virginia wedding photographer, it was a wonderful opportunity to see the beautiful grounds of this historic home in Leesburg, Virginia! After having to reschedule their session more than once due to our crazy hot and humid summer weather, we were finally able to meet on a much more comfortable evening!

The stunning stone home sits on the top of a hill that overlooks the Potomac River. It was the perfect backdrop to capture the love between this adorable couple! I definitely was filled with pure joy when we actually had the sun pop through the trees on what was supposed to be an overcast evening. The property has a gorgeous turquoise blue pool and elegant garden area. As we headed towards the pool, they let me know that they are a couple that loves to be silly and have fun! They had a great time spinning, running and giving piggy backs which really gave them a chance to show off their personalities! I am really looking forward to returning to Murray Hill to celebrate these two in September! It is guaranteed to be a great day filled with love and laughter!
