I had the best time exploring the State Arboretum of Virginia with this Ashburn Academy of Dance dancer!  Abbie has been a student at our studio since the age of 3!  Now at age 16 she has matured into a beautiful young lady and dancer!  She is extremely involved as a dancer and as a volunteer at AAD! She is both a member of the Ballet Theatre of Ashburn and the Edge Performance Company.  Abbie has the most genuine heart and is a leader at our studio in volunteering! She is wonderful with our younger dancers and this is exemplified while she is volunteering as a teaching assistant!  She also is serving as one of our Darby’s Dancers ambassadors this year.  She devotes many hours to helping to raise money for this special needs dance program.  I am so proud of the amazing young woman she has become and can’t wait to watch her to continue to grow both as a dancer and as a person!
